3.1 Residential Interior Renovation
Existing 2,000sf Home, 775sf Interior Renovation (Front Entry, Living, Dining, & 1/2 Bath). New floor plan - removed 15ft section of load barring wall (installed new steel beam to carry the load), relocated 1/2 bath, removed wood-burning stove & existing carpet. Created a new gas log fireplace with a raised hearth & a handcrafted fireplace mantel. New wood floors, lighting, & fluted wood column details. New glass panel doors to backyard & a custom designed built-in desk & bookcase
in the study. New custom front entry doors with cut glass details & side lights.
