2.3   Residential Interior Renovation (Hively)

Existing 1,200sf Home:  Full interior renovation, wood floors sanded & refinished w/ a walnut stain, new lighting,
custom cabinetry w/ granite counter tops & fixtures. New roof & rear deck. Created a new kitchen by opening up an
existing wall creating a bar ht. ledge blending the dining, living, & kitchen into an open welcoming space.  A new mud
rm. & 1/2 bath opens off the dining creating a functional private rear entry. The existing bath was fully renovated with
a White Carrara & Black Noir luxury marble tile in a subway & basket-weave pattern.
