2.2 Master Bathroom Renovation (Eargle) (145sf)
We maximized our budget by maintaining the existing location of the sink vanity, tub, and toilet. We created a new luxury natural stone encased shower. (4’x6’) The existing shower area became a generous linen closet with an electrical outlet to house a small refrigerator. We were able to find some additional square footage behind one wall to create a recessed dressing table area with built-in custom cabinetry. The finishes we used are a natural 12”x18” travertine stone, laid in a “running bond” pattern. And a “basket-weave” mosaic travertine at the shower floor, ceiling, and tub surround. The custom sink vanity cabinetry has an electrical outlet inside to house & hide electric toothbrushes, etc. We topped off this gorgeous cabinetry with a high-end natural granite counter top. And our “grand-finale” added feature is the radiant heat floors beneath the natural travertine stone.
